Sealing Technology Upgraded! Jinyu Pump Overcomes Sediment Leakage Challenge in Deep Wells

Deep well water intake usually features mixed sediment, complex water quality and high downhole pressure, which easily cause sealing wear, water leakage and internal core damage to traditional deep well pumps. Targeting this industry technical bottleneck, Jinyu Pump has carried out special upgrades on the mechanical sealing system and independently developed a multi-layer composite sealing structure technology. The new pumps adopt silicon carbide ceramic wear-resistant sealing components, paired with double-layer axial sealing and sand-proof water retaining structures, which can effectively block sediment and impurities from entering the pump core and prevent high-pressure leakage in deep well high-pressure water environments.
