High-Flow and Low-Loss Water Delivery Technology – Jinyu Pump Breaks Deep Well Water Intake Bottlenecks

Deep wells generally suffer from insufficient water pressure, high water intake resistance and rapid flow attenuation. Traditional deep well pumps face severe flow reduction under high-lift working conditions, failing to meet large-area water supply and centralized water intake demands. To tackle this technical problem, Jinyu Pump’s R&D team has optimized the water delivery structure and innovatively upgraded high-flow and low-loss water delivery technology. The newly designed multi-stage pump series structure and flow guide channel optimize the water transmission path and reduce pressure loss and flow attenuation during multi-stage water delivery. Equipped with the new technology, Jinyu Pump maintains stable high-flow water output even in ultra-deep wells and high-lift environments, thoroughly solving the industry pain point of flow reduction with increased lift for traditional pumps. Meanwhile, the water delivery efficiency is greatly improved with lower energy consumption under the same water intake demand. It is perfectly suitable for high-intensity water intake scenarios such as mountain deep wells, deep groundwater exploitation and large-scale centralized water supply, realizing dual high-efficiency output of lift and flow.
