In extremely cold northern regions, ultra-low winter temperatures easily cause pump oil solidification, motor start failure and pipeline icing, resulting in equipment shutdown, which is a regional technical difficulty in the deep well pump industry. To overcome the challenges of water intake in extremely cold working conditions, Jinyu Pump has specially developed low-temperature anti-freezing start-up technology with comprehensive upgrades on the motor lubrication system, electric control start-up system and pump body anti-freezing structure. By upgrading low-temperature resistant anti-freezing lubricants, optimizing low-temperature start-up electric control procedures and improving the low-temperature adaptability of the core machine, plus additional pump body anti-icing structure design, the pump can start stably and operate normally at sub-zero temperatures.
