High-Precision Dynamic Balancing Calibration Technology Improves Operation Stability of Jinyu Pump

Long-term underwater operation of deep well pumps leads to dynamic balance deviation of impellers and pump shafts, which directly causes equipment vibration, increased noise, accelerated component wear and unstable water output, serving as a key technical shortcoming affecting equipment service life. In response to this problem, Jinyu Pump has introduced full-machine high-precision dynamic balancing calibration technology and established full-process dynamic balancing detection and calibration standards. During production, refined dynamic balancing detection is carried out on high-speed operating core components such as impellers, pump shafts and motor rotors to accurately correct tiny deviations and ensure qualified concentricity and balance of high-speed rotating parts. This technical upgrade completely solves the problems of severe vibration, eccentric wear and water output pulsation of traditional deep well pumps during high-speed operation.
